Location: Millenia Walk, Singapore

Salary: Up to S$2,500 per month

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily café operations.

  • Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment.
  • Assist with basic coffee calibration and workflow management.
  • Greet and serve customers professionally.
  • Take orders accurately and process payments through POS systems.
  • Provide menu recommendations and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback positively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations.
  • Replenish ingredients and supplies.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Support inventory management and stock receiving.
  • Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support colleagues during peak service periods.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior café or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • 5-day work week
  • Rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • 44 hours per week
