Location: Millenia Walk, Singapore
Salary: Up to S$2,500 per month
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily café operations.
- Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment.
- Assist with basic coffee calibration and workflow management.
- Greet and serve customers professionally.
- Take orders accurately and process payments through POS systems.
- Provide menu recommendations and product knowledge.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback positively.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations.
- Replenish ingredients and supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support inventory management and stock receiving.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Support colleagues during peak service periods.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior café or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- 5-day work week
- Rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
