Job Responsibilities

Prepare all coffee and beverage according to recipes and standards.

Support daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth workflow and cleanliness.

Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and make recommendations.

Assist in maintaining inventory levels by reporting low stock of coffee, milk, and other supplies.

Care for and maintain coffee equipment and tools, following cleaning schedules.

Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotions and community events.

Job Requirement

Diploma or equivalent (Barista training or certification is an advantage).

Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty café or similar setting.

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods; willingness to learn specialty techniques.

Friendly personality and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service quality.

Meticulous attention to quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.

Food Hygiene Certification required.

Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
