We’re on the lookout for a Bar Manager who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced service environment, and leads confidently from the front. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Create and update drink menus, including cocktails and specialty beverages
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock control
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all beverages, including alcohol
• Control costs, minimise wastage, and meet revenue targets
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and enhance overall bar experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bar or beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good organisational and inventory management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the role.
