Your Role: Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or any related field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

A positive, customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their financial goals.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to gain familiarity with banking software and CRM tools.
