Job description for Bank Service Manager at Elitez Group
Duration of Contract: 6 Months (Convertible)
Salary: Up to $4000
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
Work Location: Raffles Place
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional servicing to corporate customers on account-related matters.
Handle enquiries related to trade and credit products for small businesses.
Review customer accounts and transactions in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with banking standards and risk requirements.
Manage and resolve customer issues independently and efficiently.
Maintain strong product and service knowledge to support customer needs.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support service excellence.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline
Strong customer service mindset with a high level of professionalism
Ability to handle and retain large volumes of product and process knowledge
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work independently and take ownership of issues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced banking environment
Prior experience in banking, customer service, or corporate support roles is an advantage
