Elephant Grounds is an award-winning Hong Kong-born lifestyle brand renowned for its specialty coffee, Japanese influenced cuisine, and café culture. Job Responsibilities

Assist in preparing baked goods including sourdough, croissants, and pastries.

Support daily production for Elephant Grounds Singapore under guidance of Head Baker.

Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.

Follow recipes and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Assist in R&D trials and seasonal bakery items when required.

Learn and improve baking techniques through training and practice.

Job Requirement

Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery or pastry productions, preferably in a café or bakery setting.

Knowledge of artisanal bread and pastries; exposure to viennoiserie is an advantage

Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely.

Passion for baking, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.

Food Safety Certification required.

Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
