Job Purpose

Act as the Company's representative and carry out baggage handling services at WSSL for scheduled airline and non-scheduled flight operations. Ensure the safety and security of the aircraft is not compromised. Ensure bags are transferred from to and from the aircraft to the respective baggage sorting area. Ensure timely delivery of such service.

Responsibilities and Associated duties

Assist with baggage handling

Drive tractor (with appropriate license) would be an advantage.

Carry out baggage reconciliation for both arrival and departure.

Prepare and stage Baggage Trollies.

Ensure smooth and timely handover of baggage to the ramp team.

Complete administrative work in support of schedule airline operations.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

High School or equivalent.

1-2 year experience in Aviation would be an advantage.

Proficient in MS office (Excel/word) at basic level.

Good written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

English fluence verbal and written a plus.

Requires standing and walking on concrete/asphalt surface.

Able to communicate and work in high stress environments and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
