Job description for Automotive Admin Assistant at World Auto Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
Arrange and follow up on customer appointments
Reply WhatsApp messages and phone calls
Update records and prepare basic documents
Coordinate with workshop team on vehicle servicing schedules
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication and organizational skills
Prior administrative experience is an advantage (fresh candidates are welcome)
