Job Summary

You will produce detailed shop drawings using 2D/3D AutoCAD and BIM tools, applying structural engineering knowledge to support construction projects. You will independently manage drawing approvals with contractors and collaborate effectively within teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use 2D and 3D AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed shop drawings for construction projects
• Apply BIM knowledge to enhance drawing precision and coordination
• Utilize structural engineering expertise to ensure drawings meet technical standards
• Produce shop drawings and actively follow up with main contractors until drawings receive approval
• Work independently to manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support project goals
• Adapt to and perform well in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in roofing works is preferred to enhance project relevance
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in structural engineering or related drafting field

Other Information

• Working hours: Mondays, 9am to 6pm with minimal overtime
• Must be able to start immediately
