Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Engineer to join our team. This role will support by providing technical solutions, preparing proposals, system designs, quotations, and tender submissions for AV projects.

• Prepare AV system proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AV solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
• Prepare system designs, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Support the sales team with technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams on project requirements.
• Source and evaluate AV products and solutions based on project needs.
• Assist with project handover and technical clarification during project execution.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with technical specifications and project requirements.
• Provide technical support and consultation throughout the sales process.
