Key Responsibilities

Attend meetings and site surveys to understand client requirements and propose suitable AV solutions

Present technical solutions and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout project execution

Design AV systems, including preparation of proposals, BOQs, schematics, and system drawings

Perform cable termination, rack assembly, and installation tasks

Test cables and equipment before, during, and after installation

Troubleshoot system and equipment faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Oversee onsite Testing & Commissioning (T&C) for completed projects

Ensure smooth coordination with all stakeholders for timely project delivery

Provide technical support, user training, and prepare project documentation

Support preventative maintenance, system setup, and operation of AV systems

Perform system upgrades and handle service-related incidents

Ensure proper project handover, including UAT sign-offs, T&C checklists, and documentation filing

Assist Project Engineering and Sales teams when required

Ensure all works comply with quality and safety standards

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Audio Visual or related field)

Proven experience in AV system design, installation, and commissioning

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with AV equipment, control systems, and cabling standards

Ability to read and produce technical drawings and schematics

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
