Oversee projects and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Maintain good client relations.

Work closely with other engineering divisions and external parties.

Participate in the tendering of projects.

Lead in providing engineering solutions and strategy to complex problems. 

Provide technical leadership and perform engineering design reviews.

Training and mentoring juniors.

Design management, coordination and project control on major projects.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

More than 8 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice.

Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and have good knowledge of design software.

Good supervision and project management skills.

Able to work under pressure with good planning, organizational and time management skill.

Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage.
