We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Assistant Technical Manager (Service Team) to support and lead service operations across key client sites in Singapore.
You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability and service excellence for large-scale Audio-Visual (AV) and integrated systems deployed across Singapore’s national and iconic projects.
Job Description
- Assist in managing daily service operations across multiple client sites
- Lead and supervise a team of Service Engineers and Technicians
- Oversee troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rectification of AV systems
- Provide technical support for complex issues and service escalations
- Ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with service standards
- Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor service performance, quality, and safety compliance
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen technical capabilities
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Audio-Visual (AV) systems, with service or maintenance exposure
- Experience in leading or supervising a service team
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Familiar with maintenance planning and service operations
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple sites and respond to operational needs
