The incumbent will be responsible for overall co-ordination and management for the assigned projects including progress, quality, cost and customer relations.

Requirements:

Degree in Building, Civil or construction related disciplines

Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, in which at least 5 years in managerial level, preferably in fitting out Industry

Good communication and exceptional interpersonal skills

Well-versed in Singapore interior fit-out requirements and codes of practice, also local A&A (Addition & Alteration) and renovation statutory requirements
