We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations, ensuring projects and site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The role involves coordinating manpower, resources, and stakeholders while maintaining operational performance, safety standards, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution of projects and services.
Support manpower resource planning and deployment to meet operational requirements.
Coordinate and monitor site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule and to company standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and support corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and client regulations.
Promote and enforce workplace safety standards across all operations.
Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.
Attend site and client meetings as required.
Monitor operational costs and support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Identify operational risks and support mitigation actions.
Prepare operational reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operational staff.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.

Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Construction or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, construction, or a supervisory role.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach.
