The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS) brings together seven national R&D, clinical translation and service programmes to advance clinical research and innovation for Singapore and establish important capabilities for a future-ready healthcare system.

About PRECISE
PRECISE leads the whole-of-government implementation of Singapore’s National Precision Medicine (NPM) strategy. As part of this initiative, PRECISE has partnered with the SG100K study, Southeast Asia’s most comprehensive population health study of 100,000 consented participants, to build the PRECISE-SG100K resource, which combines behavioural, phenotypic and multi-omic data to support collaborative research into Asian biology and health.
A key initiative within this work is the Pharma Pre-Competitive Consortium (PCC), which brings together PRECISE-SG100K and industry partners to advance collaborative research. This role will support the coordination and delivery of PCC activities.
Working closely with the CSOO team, you will contribute to operational delivery, stakeholder coordination and governance support across a multi-stakeholder environment.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate programme activities and research collaborations with industry partners
· Support planning of meetings, workshops and events, including resource allocation and logistics management;
· Prepare and consolidate reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates
· Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and follow-up actions
· Coordinate administrative aspects of collaborations, including budget tracking and financial reporting
· Provide secretariat support for key PRECISE meetings and committees, and undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum B.Sc. in health & biological sciences or related discipline and preferably at least 3 -5 years of experience in the R&D and/or Healthcare sector
· Relevant experience in research administration / research programme management is preferred;
· Highly organised, fast learner, meticulous, resourceful team player
· Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
· Able to use sound judgement and demonstrates initiative in carrying out assigned duties; and
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
