About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee security, car park, and transportation services. You will manage team performance, support hiring and training, and ensure smooth, high-quality operations across the centre, with opportunities to build leadership and technical competencies.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
Oversee security, car park, and transport operations for smooth service delivery
Manage vendors and systems (CCTV, access control, car park)
Develop and enforce policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
Handle security matters, audits, and support crisis management
Manage ambulance, shuttle, and porter service efficiently
Optimise workflows and ensure safety compliance
Oversee budgets and resource allocation
Analyse data and drive service improvements
Job Requirements:
Relevant degree with at least 2 years of working experience (hospital security operations experience preferred)
Exposure to budgeting, procurement, contracts, inventory and resource management is a plus
Possess a strong service-oriented mindset with commitment to high service standards and excellent customer service
Security background or valid Security Officer license is advantageous
Strong administrative, reporting, and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
Tech-savvy, with familiarity in AI and process improvement tools
