About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join our Trust Services team in Singapore. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in wealth management, estate planning, and fiduciary services. The successful candidate will support business development initiatives, manage client relationships, and promote the firm’s trust and estate planning solutions to intermediaries and prospective clients, while also providing guidance to junior team members.

Promote the company’s will-writing services and trust structuring solutions to clients and intermediaries

Collaborate closely with external B2B partners, including family offices, wealth managers, financial advisers, and law firms, to support client acquisition and relationship management

Prepare marketing materials, presentations, fee proposals, client onboarding documentation, and trust-related documents

Maintain and update client databases; track business leads, opportunities, and follow-ups

Organise and participate in industry events, webinars, networking sessions, client meetings, seminars, and conferences

Work closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Settlement, and Fee teams) to ensure smooth execution and administration of trust structures

Provide supervision, guidance, and on-the-job training to junior staff, including reviewing their work and supporting their professional development

Assist in allocating tasks and monitoring timelines to ensure deliverables are met efficiently and accurately

Stay informed on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to support business strategy and product development

Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline

At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, trust/corporate services, legal support, or client servicing roles. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Manager-level position

Demonstrated interest in trust and fiduciary services, estate planning, or private wealth structuring

Prior experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and intermediaries

Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
