About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join our Trust Services team in Singapore. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in wealth management, estate planning, and fiduciary services. The successful candidate will support business development initiatives, manage client relationships, and promote the firm’s trust and estate planning solutions to intermediaries and prospective clients, while also providing guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities
Promote the company’s will-writing services and trust structuring solutions to clients and intermediaries
Collaborate closely with external B2B partners, including family offices, wealth managers, financial advisers, and law firms, to support client acquisition and relationship management
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, fee proposals, client onboarding documentation, and trust-related documents
Maintain and update client databases; track business leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
Organise and participate in industry events, webinars, networking sessions, client meetings, seminars, and conferences
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Settlement, and Fee teams) to ensure smooth execution and administration of trust structures
Provide supervision, guidance, and on-the-job training to junior staff, including reviewing their work and supporting their professional development
Assist in allocating tasks and monitoring timelines to ensure deliverables are met efficiently and accurately
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to support business strategy and product development
Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline
At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, trust/corporate services, legal support, or client servicing roles. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Manager-level position
Demonstrated interest in trust and fiduciary services, estate planning, or private wealth structuring
Prior experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and intermediaries
Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking associates. Proficiency in additional Asian languages would be an advantage
