About the role

Nippon Sanso Singapore Ltd., a leading industrial gases company, is seeking an Assistant, Logistics to join our team. In this full-time role based in the Pioneer West Region, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operations of our supply chain and distribution efforts.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products and materials to ensure timely and efficient delivery

Assist in the management of inventory levels, including monitoring stock and identifying any discrepancies

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as shipping records and delivery receipts

Support the implementation of logistics-related policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems

What we're looking for

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders

Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office applications

Familiarity with warehousing operations and supply chain management processes

A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Relevant experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred
