Job description for Assistant Infrastructure Manager/ System Engineer (IT) at Gain City Group
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Monitoring and managing all installed systems, servers and applications in both on-premise and cloud environments
Managing the network, SD-WAN, MPLS, IPsec, GPON, WLC, Firewalls, Routers, Switches
Required to perform the role of maintain / review / enhance the network security policies
Provide required IT during and after office hours to ensure business operation and continuity
Review incident report, change management and risk management
Managing hardware/software hardening, Backup (System, config, email)
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT related field; ITE Certification with relevant certification and experience can be considered
Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in supporting all systems: Windows Servers, Firewall, Network Switches, Backup, Database, etc.
Hands on experience in Cloud computing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Central is an added advantage
Working knowledge in Windows Servers administration on AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Exchange, GPO, Office365, Hyper-V, etc. and WAN/LAN/WLAN solution
Certified MCSE, CCNP, ITIL, PMP with Hyper-V/VM deployment experience would be a plus
Attention to detail and well-versed in documentation
Good communication and inter-personal skills, independent and able to multi-tasks
