Overall Job Purpose:
Being part of the team responsible for Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC)’s procurement function, the job holder will undertake work to provide administrative support to the Procurement team for effective procurement administration.
Job Scope
The job holder will have the opportunity to take on a combination of the different areas of work as follows:
· Provide administrative support to the Procurement team in conducting end-to-end tendering processes from preparation to award of tender, ensuring accuracy and consistency with organizational policies and processes;
· Handle procurement operations document administration according to organizational knowledge management policies and procedures;
· Support automation of manual administrative work processes and procurement process improvements.
Requirements
· Meticulous with good organization skills;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills;
· Able to work independently and within teams;
· Background in Government Procurement and undertaking of administrative duties using GeBIZ will be an advantage
