Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).

Tracking and controlling of documents in accordance with business standards, maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring that documents are properly stored and accessible.

Conduct inspections and tests on products, verifying compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Maintain records by updating the engineering database and documentation, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date information for reference and analysis.

Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement such as 8D, 5-Why and FMEA.

Assist in addressing customers' complaints.

Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

Minimum diploma in chemical, mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential for data analysis and reporting tasks.

Familiarity with quality tools and standards is an advantage.
