Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, processing, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).

Perform data cleaning and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.

Monitor data workflows and identify errors or inconsistencies, escalating issues when necessary.

Help maintain and update databases and data storage systems.

Write and optimize basic SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and manipulation.

Assist in generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.

Collaborate with senior engineers and other teams to improve data processing efficiency and automation.

Document data processes, workflows, and system changes for reference and compliance.

Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and security policies.

Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to data processing systems.

Participate in testing and implementation of new tools or system enhancements.

Requirements:

Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent field of study.

0-2 years of experience in data engineering, data processing, IT, or a related field (entry-level friendly).

Proven experience in data cleaning, transformation, or analysis.

Experience in working with databases (e.g., SQL).

Exposure to data processing tools or frameworks (e.g., ETL pipelines).

Exposure to spreadsheet tools (Excel) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with handling structured and/or unstructured data.

Experience working in a team or collaborative environment is a plus.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
