Job Summary
Lead project teams and support senior architects to deliver architectural projects from design through project management, ensuring compliance with environmental, legal, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver architectural projects from design control stages through to project completion, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Collaborate with Directors and Executive Architects to support project execution and decision-making
- Identify environmental aspects and impacts related to projects and implement measures to address significant impacts effectively
- Determine applicable legal and regulatory requirements for project activities and ensure full compliance throughout project lifecycle
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality and Environmental Management Systems to enhance project outcomes
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold an architectural qualification accredited by the Board of Architects, Singapore or an equivalent authority
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant architectural experience
