Job description for Application Support at Technoprobe Asia
· Provide application support, technical solutions for Probe cards to various customer across Singapore & Overseas.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide onsite support to resolve probe related failures.
· Work closely with HQ counterparts to understand new product/technology portfolios and transfer knowledge to customers.
· Support customers throughout the entire product development lifecycle: evaluation, qualification and mass production.
· Provide technical feedback to internal teams and ensure RMA cards are performed necessary repair actions before return back to Customer.
· Work closely with Customer product engineers to troubleshoot and verify probe cards and ensure Probe card fit to run for production.
· Participate DOE projects at customer site to improve Probe card Testing performance.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HQ counterparts to meet customer different needs and ensure Customer satisfaction.
· Travel to customer sites (local and overseas) for support if required.
