About the Role

This Analyst position offers the opportunity to work on real estate financing assignments across Asia Pacific, supporting senior professionals in advising institutional sponsors, developers, and capital providers. The role sits at the centre of debt advisory transactions, providing direct involvement in how capital is structured, negotiated, and executed across different markets and asset classes.

The position is suited to an analytically strong professional who is commercially minded, thrives in a fast-paced deal environment, and is committed to building expertise in real estate debt markets.

Key Responsibilities

Execute core analytical and modelling work on live financing mandates across origination, structuring, and execution phases

Prepare client-facing materials including pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda, and lender presentations to a high professional standard

Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow analysis, leverage metrics, debt service coverage ratios, and sensitivity analysis

Conduct comprehensive market, sector, and credit research on real estate assets, sponsors, and lenders to inform transaction strategy

Manage lender processes including NDA coordination, data room maintenance, due diligence response coordination, and tracking of lender feedback and term sheets

Prepare internal briefing notes, transaction summaries, and analytical materials for senior stakeholders and clients

Support senior team members in client meetings, lender presentations, and transaction negotiations as required

Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic deal environment

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related discipline

1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, real estate finance, debt advisory, corporate finance, or consulting

Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrated understanding of real estate finance, debt markets, and capital structures

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse markets and client audiences

Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and maintain high standards of accuracy

Proactive and resourceful problem-solver, comfortable working independently and exercising judgment
