Job Responsibilities

1.Conduct research and optimization on AIGC large models for 3D generation to improve the model's generation quality, inference speed, diversity and controllability.

2.Drive the industrial deployment and product implementation of 3D generation models.

Skills Required

1.Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or related majors; candidates with top-tier papers in the AIGC field are preferred.

2.Prior experience in one of the following directions is preferred: 3D generation, diffusion models, 3D texture mapping, 3D material generation, motion generation, 3D digital human generation, 4D animation generation, UE or Blender engine.

3.Hands-on experience in using and training generative models including Diffusion, DiT, GAN, ControlNet, LoRA, IP-Adapter, Inpainting and super-resolution models is preferred.

4.In-depth understanding of 3D representation methods is preferred, including NeRF, SDF, Gaussian Splatting, FlexiCubes, etc.

5.Experience in building and processing 3D datasets (character, object, scene) is preferred.

Proficient in Python, with mastery of at least one deep learning framework.

6.Strong coding capability is preferred, e.g., ACM Regional Contest gold medal winners or contributors to influential open-source projects.

7. Strong self-motivation, learning ability, communication skills and team spirit.
