Activants helps companies in their digital transformation journey by designing and delivering process automation to improve business performance and increase customer satisfaction. Headquartered in Singapore, Activants specializes in business process management, robotic process automation, ML-powered document capture, and document management for government, insurance, and financial institutions.

Our solutions include accounts payable and receivable automation, certifications and accreditations systems, customer onboarding, incentives and grants management, scholarship and awards management systems, and insurance claims systems.

We are seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and automation technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered applications that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation workflows.

Work closely with users to gather requirements and refine AI applications to meet client needs.

Integrate AI models into web and mobile applications using Agile (Scrum) methodology.

Perform rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Investigate and resolve AI-related issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Maintain and enhance existing AI applications and frameworks.

Document technical designs, model training processes, and testing scripts.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-powered solutions.

Continuously research and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve solutions.

Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or similar role.

Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.

Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).

Familiarity with databases (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment.

Experience in Agile project methodology (Scrum).

Ability to elicit business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Strong understanding of software design, data structures, and algorithms.

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Certified AI/ML practitioner is a plus.

Service-oriented mindset, able to build rapport with customers and go the extra mile.

Resourceful, with strong research and time management skills.
