Freelance Accountants to review management accounts for annual filing
About Us
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Accountant to join our Singapore office. This role supports both corporate secretarial and accounting functions and offers valuable exposure to international business operations in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise internal teams across offices regarding payment instructions, documentation, and project coordination.
Review corporate secretarial, schedules, ledger and amend the management accounts presented , prepare financial statements
Prepare simple corporate tax and submission
Handle client administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounts
Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial procedures and basic accounting principles.
Experience in due diligence and compliance (KYC/AML) is an advantage.
Able to work independently, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
4 hours x 3 times in a week
