You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, presentations, and reports
You will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
You will organize and prepare for internal and external meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes, manage travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and timely.
You will support special projects, research, and data analysis, assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary access and equipment.
You will act as the point of contact for the service team across APAC, managing communications, SCM related support including PR/PO process and office supplies.
You will handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
