Maintaining efficient communication, documentation, and office coordination across departments.

  • Water, Stationery, Hamper, Air Ticket Ordering, etc. 
  • Scanning documents, Posting check in Xero and filing. 
  • Tracking List Report for Vendors - Photocopier, Engineering, Manpower Vendors, Accommodation etc. 
  • Utilities Services - Tracking Report and Payment Voucher. 
  • Update Details of procured items files. 
  • Update the supplier list, contact details, emails, addresses.
  • Purchase of local materials. 
  • Stationery items to the site, office admin items. 
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, appointments, and project follow-ups.

Requirements 

  • Positive, patient, and energetic personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably 1 year experience in similar capacity
  • Prior administrative or customer service experience is an advantage
