Key Responsibilities:
· Preparation of quotations, DO,PO for supplier and customer.
· Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
· Handle and manage email correspondence.
· To monitor and follow up project-related documentation.
· Data entry and basic record-keeping.
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum “O” level or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
