Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Interact with customers through phone, email, or face-to-face communication
- Keep precise records and process loan applications promptly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Work closely with the team to meet company goals and objectives
- Handle various administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Support other team members with administrative duties
- Perform general office tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Able to work as a team or individually
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Bilingual ( preferred )
- Willing to work 5 days a week (with 2 days off)
- Detail-oriented and accurate in managing documentation
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
