Job description for Admin Support at Ugene Laboratory Services Pte Ltd
Ugene Lab (www.ugenelab.com) is the premier food testing laboratory. We provide customers with a broad range of microbiological and chemical testing, rapid testing, hygiene monitoring and specialized test methods developed to meet customer needs. We are seeking applications from candidates who is meticulous and have a mind for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer and handle all customer queries and requests that come in by phone, email, or other channels.
Work with the dispatch team to coordinate customer sample collection requests, including monthly pickups.
Prepare health certificate, request form and cover letter or other documents for customers.
To liaise with internal and external parties ensuring clear communication of information and smooth process flow.
Maintain and update customer's contact details or any relevant documentation.
Assist with other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with also the ability to communicate with our Mandarin speaking customers;
Excellent time management skill;
Strong attention to details;
Ability to work independently in fast paced environment, training will be provided.
Able to work 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)
