Job Description

- Minimum knowledge of purchasing/shipping/sales

- Handle sales enquiries

- Prepare quotation and follow-up

- Issue Sales Order upon order confirmation

- Record customer quotations and supplier offers for sales team

- Sales correspondence for sales team

- Handle phone and email sals enquiries

- Liaise with forwarders for import and export (selected customers)

- Follow-up payments for selected customers

- Email invoices for respective accunts department (selected customers)
