About the role

This is a full-time Admin Officer role at Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd, located in the Sembawang North Region. As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the team

Handling general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner

Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents as required

Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work well in a team and independently
