The Role
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist with customer queries and customer relations, acting as a contact point for customers, via phone, email and social
Procurement of supplies and inventory
General office management and implementation of administration process improvements
Schedule deliveries and drivers, and help to prepare flowers/gifts for delivery
Inventory management
Liaise with maintenance contractors
The Person
Cheerful, positive disposition and a team player
Highly reliable with adherence to deadlines
Great communication and customer service skills
Independent and able to show initiative
A desire to deliver an awesome experience to clients
Able to lift flower arrangements (not only a desk job)
High work standards
Good spoken and written English
Mandarin speaking/writing an advantage (clients/suppliers may only speak Mandarin)
Proficient in Excel/Word
Eligible to work without a work pass

Central work location, close to a number of bus stops and food outlets. Note, this is a workshop/studio environment, not a retail store
