Job description for Admin Executive at Singapore Polo Club
Job Description:
Assist in scheduling polo lessons for club members or non-members.
Coordinate with instructors and riders to find suitable lesson times.
Prepare monthly invoices for polo lessons, ad-hoc horse hire, events, and tournament fees.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to ATOMS activities.
Respond to all ATOMS club emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Address and resolve inquiries from club members, prospective riders, and others.
Maintain a high level of customer service in all email and phone communications.
Assist in organising and coordinating various club events, including tournaments, Polo Camps, overnight camp and Kids' events.
Provide assistance to the Polo Loft when necessary.
Keep detailed records of ATOMS club horses' utilisation and movement.
Ensure accurate and updated information on horse availability and usage.
Prepare notices for club members regarding upcoming events, changes in schedules, or important announcements.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Minimum GCE “O” Level
Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
Resourceful, self-starter and a good team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and possess proactive and positive work attitude
