About the Position
We are looking for an organised and proactive Admin Executive to provide essential administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. In this role, you will coordinate schedules, take meeting minutes, arrange logistics, and manage project documentation. You will act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, handle correspondence, and assist in tracking project timelines and resource allocation. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively to support the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
To provide administrative support to project teams, ensures efficient project operations, and maintain communications among stakeholders
Assist with scheduling, meeting minutes, and logistics
Manage project documentation and reports
Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders
Handle emails, phone calls, and update
Help develop and track project schedules
Monitor progress and coordinate resources
Qualifications
Minimally Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of project administration experience
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and communication skills
