Work Schedule: 5-day work week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Perform general secretarial and administrative duties
Provide support to the Director and Manager
Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange appointments
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies and vendor coordination
Process expense claims, handle basic bookkeeping, and prepare reports
Assist with HR onboarding, documentation, and filing
Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and manage spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel
Create basic designs using Canva and Photoshop
Manage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as maintain the WIX website
Handle client servicing, data entry, daily email follow-ups, and e-filing
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Local Diploma holder
Self-disciplined, responsible, and well-organized
Entry-level candidates and fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred, to liaise with regional offices
Qualifications
Education Level: Polytechnic Diploma
Salary Range
Gross Monthly Salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,800
