Job description for Admin Executive / Document Controller at KTC Civil Engineering & Construction
Responsibilities:
To provide clerical/administrative support for the project
Prepare and process of documents and project records
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents such as correspondences, drawings and reports are organized and maintained according to Project Filing Code
Preparation & submission of project documents
Maintain the control number for documents from receiving to issuance
Maintain filling and register in / out correspondences
Assist in office management (Housekeeping, maintenance of office equipment, stationers and staff welfare)
Facilitate in organising site events if required
Requirements:
Diploma or Bacherlor's Degree in Business Administration
3 to 5 years administrative experience
