We are looking for an organised and proactive Admin cum Schedule Clerk to support our daily office operations and project scheduling. This role is essential in ensuring smooth material flow, tracking project timelines, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
Material Planning & Scheduling
Source, compare, and issue purchase orders for raw materials and factory supplies.
Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules, quality, and pricing.
Organise and verify supplier delivery orders, invoices, and other documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintain basic inventory records, record material receipt, issuance, and usage.
Assist in regular stock-taking to ensure physical inventory matches records.
Assist in preparing project related reports and updating daily schedules based on projects.
General Admin & Office Support
Answer phone calls, reply to emails, greet and attend to visitors, clients, and delivery personnel in a professional manner.
Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a tidy, organised working environment.
Perform daily filing (both electronic and physical) for all procurement and project documents.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
GCE `O’ level and above or relevant professional certification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates from construction, manufacturing will be highly advantageous.
Meticulous, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of accountability, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work well under deadlines, willing to learn and adapt quickly to change.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
