Answer Phone Calls
Reply & send emails
Ordering office stationary
Powerpoint for meetings
Take meeting minutes
General administrative duties & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Familiar with Microsoft (excel, words etc…)
Proficient in speaking and writing in English
Responsible, meticulous, efficient and able to work independently.
