Job Description:
Provide general clerical and administrative support
Assist in issue PO for purchasing of goods, plant, machinery and raw materials. Need follow up with vendors on deliveries
Handle and direct incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries.
Handle documentation, filing, data entry, scanning, records management, and preparation of correspondence, and forms
Handle office supplies, stationery, vendors, and general office administration
Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Requirement:
Training provided – No prior experience required
Required language(s): English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
A team player with initiative and able to work independently.
Great computer literacy skills
Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above.
