Job description for Admin Assistant at People Bee Hoon Factory
Candidates will need to:
Start work at 7am
Receive and communicate orders to the factory
Arrange delivery for orders
Ensure correct orders are loaded
Issue invoices
Prepare necessary documents for delivery
Daily stock-take
Perform inventory checks
Liaise with customers and suppliers on orders
Liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
Accounting knowledge/experience/background is an advantage.
Salary will commensurate with relevant experience.
Working days: Mon - Sat
Working hours: 7am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri), 7am - 2pm (Sat)
