Job Description
Manage season parking application, billing, termination and programming
Maintain season parking master listing and prepare monthly reports for hourly parking and season parking
Handle all enquiries on carpark matters
Perform reception duty for Management Office and assist with concierge duties (visitor management) where required
Responsible for maintenance of Management Office logistics ā photo copier, water dispensers, stationeries, refreshments, dry cleaning of uniform
Use Yardi system to create work orders or feedback received from tenants or members of public and reply to these feedback
Generate Yardi reports and send retail shop opening hours checklist weekly
Prepare monthly management report
Petty cash management
Prepare tenants maintenance and insurance records submission
Any other duties assigned by the Manager and supervisors
Job Requirements
Minimum O-level with credits in English and Mathematics;
Minimum 2 years of general and managing car park administrative experience; &
Proficient in Microsoft Office
