Job Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administration and data entries of new employees which include Foreign workers (includes Work Pass application and renewal), medical examination and security bonds
Administration and data entries of employee benefits such as insurance, expenses claim, health screening and dormitory arrangements.
Coordinating ordering of office supplies such as stationery, pantry refreshments and supplies, office equipment.
Coordinate in the training program and renew course/ license/ certification due for expiry.
Administration and data entries of vehicle related matter, eg: roadtax, insurance renewal and vehicle inspection.
Administration and data entries of in annual ISO and internal audit.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
· Good team player with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team
· Possess strong initiative, good interpersonal & communication and negotiation skills with different levels of people
· Self-motivated, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task and work under pressure
