Job description for Admin Assistant at Griswold Services Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
Display a good customer service with warm greeting to all residents and visitors.
Answers telephone line in professional manner with good telephone etiquette.
Maintains accurate records of feedback, logs of feedback and tracks the status.
Responds promptly with accurate information according to the specific request.
Provides administrative assistance to the Property Manager and members of the property management team.
Summons appropriate assistance and makes appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures.
Perform any other admin duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum N / O levels or other relevant certifications.
Experience in customer service or frontline work is a strong advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills including speaking Chinese Language to Residents would be Added Advantage.
Positive, friendly disposition and customer service orientated.
Attentive to details, well organized and team player.
Working location at Lakeside MRT (1 min walk from Lakeside MRT).
