Job Description

(6 Months Contract) Admin Assistant | Up to $2,500 | Ubi

Location: Ubi

Working hours: 830am - 615pm

Job Scope

- Handle sales-related documents

- Support the sales team with customer enquiries & follow-ups.

- Maintain records and prepare simple reports.

- Drive a company vehicle for client visits and errands, or take a taxi if required

Key Requirements:

- Min 1 year of admin-related experience

- Basic MS Office skills
